ANOTHER SOUTHERLY BLAST
Tlio southerly, with its biting wind and rain and hail-Stiualls, is again with us. Present indications arc for southeasterly to southerly winds, from strong to gale, and cold and stormy weather generally. Heavy rain is probable, with rising rivers in the North Island and the East Coast districts of the South Island, and snow, hail, and fleet on fcto highlands.
