'A' SIGNIFICANT SPEECH. ,-. (Reo. July 28, 5.5 p.m.) Washington July 26. The Argentino Minister (Dr. Naon) has delivered a speech in which he caused a sensation. He roferred to' the ship workers' contribution to the success of the great cause of justice, "which, has always been recognised by my Government and my country. Although I am, a diplomat, I express these sentiments because your success is our success, your welfare our welfare, your glory our glory." >
