The following appointments, promotions ana transfers have been approved:— Appointments. Lieut.-Colonel P. R. • Cook, M.B iN.Z.M,OV is appointed Assist. Director or Medical Services, Wellington Militarv District (July 1), J Captain (temp. Lieut.-Colonel) Mathew Holmes, M.8., relinquishes the appointment of Assist,. Director of Medical Services, Wellington Military District (July 1), and retains the temporary rank of lieut.-colonel until furtheff/notice. Lieut. G. Finlay, N.Z.G.A.. Wellington G.A. Div., ■is appointed ship's adjutant and Q.M. on a transport,, and is granted the temporary rank of captain whilst so employed (JuJy 7). 2nd Lieut, '(temp.) R.
