FISHERMAN DROWNED

Charles M odder, aged 35, head fisherman at ScaclilV_ Mental Hospital, was drowned oil Wednesday nt Karitane through his boat capsizing on the bar when a heavy sea was running. Christian Steffensen, who was also in the boat, mauaged to get ashore nfter being one hour in tho water.
