At Addington tho feature of the market after tho short supplies of last ivcek was tho large yarding of fat sheep, there boing lather more than enough to iiil ten races. South Canterbury contributed ivell to tho supply, but many sheep from near at hand had evidently suffered through, the bad weather and snow, ewee showing tho effects' more than wethers. There was a good supply of fat cattle, tut in other departments the yardings ■were very email, l'at cattle sold well, and fat sheep also Diet with a good eale, though prices declined from the rates of the week before, but were better than those of a fortnight ago. Fat pigs eoid nt advanced rates, and there -were but fow stores offered. There -was a small yarding of storo sheep, and wethers eold .well. ' Store Sheep.—Ewe hoggets, 255. iA.; four and six-tooth wethers, 325. Cd. to Site.; two and four-tooth wethers, 28s. ■ Id.; six and eight-tooth merino wethers, 18s. 3d.
