Eighty returned soldiers from the hospital annexe unci the Epsom and Devonport convalescent homes, Auckland, were entertained at Government House on Friday afternoon by Their Excellencies the Governor-General and tho Countess of Liverpool. A musical programme was provided, and tho visitors were. entertained at tea.
