WELLINGTON FARMERS' MEAT COMPANY

The annual report of the Wellington Farmers' Meat Company shows an iucreaso in the number of sheep slaughtered compared with the previous year, but a falling-off in lambs and cattle. The balance of the profit and los 9 account after providing .£5689 7s. fid. for depreciation and reserve for income tax; etnnds at iCS42S 13s. 7(1. The directors recommend a dividend of C per cent., carrying forward JMU 15s. lid. It has been decided to erect a further bloelc of buildings for cold storage, to be ready for next season.
