ABEANGEMRNT COYEIIS TWELVE MONTHS. Tn connection with the purchnse of two million bushels of Victorian wheat lor Now Zealand consumption, the Minister of Agriculture explains that the terms of the deal provide for the moving ofthe grain within twelve months. Hero will be no charge for storage or insurance within that period, and the wheat ■will bo available for transport iO i -New Zealand as shipping becomes available, 'The arrangements that are. being niado arc expected to provide for the shipment of one million bushels of the wheat <!tir- ; ing the next six mouths. This quantity 1 will bo fully sufficient to meet requirements.
