Tlio sheep penned 1929, a small proportion- being prime?. These declined Is. per head, while medium dropped Is. Cd. to 2s. per head. Prime wethers, 455. to Sfls.; medium to good. .'Ks. lo 4,15.; light, unfinished, .12s. lo His.; extra prime heavy ewes, 19s. to Ms.: prime, 425. Gd. to 475.; medium lo goojl, 365. to 40s. There were 200 lambs penned, and tliey realised lute rates. Kxtra. prime, fs7<s.3d.; prime, 2Ss. to 30,5. Sd.; medium, 245. (id. to 20s. (id.; unfinished, 225. Gd. upwards. 'There was a medium yarding of pigs, and they met with keen competition at lute rates.
