MOTOR-CYCLES COLLIDE
ONE RIDER DIES FROM INJURIES. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Christchurch, July 17. A collision occurred last night between two motor-cycles, each with a side-car, one ridden 'by W. Carrington' and the other by Charles Begg. Both men were thrown over the handle-bars. Begg vas unconscious when picked out of the s:dechannel, and died after admission to the hospital. His wife was in the sUle-car, but was uninjured. Begg was about 30 years of age, and was employed in a responsible position in tho City Council's electrical department. He was wellknown in Dunedin, where his family iesided in tho Is'orth-East Valley lor many years.
