There was a large attendance al, the fortnightly gathering of the.Eastbourne Social Glib on Saturday evening. Mβ , . W. Bennett, was tho chairman for the evening. Tim following contributed ilems:—Mcsdamcs H. Wise and Carte, Misses Norma. Cook and Nfitiirje Phipfion, Messrs. Page, Downs, llastie, Watson. Rialer, Day, -Sommerrijle, and Bennett. Till? club orchestra also Tendered two selections. Mr. 8. Cimi.no, jun., acted as accompanist.. -At tho conclusion of Ihe musical programme a short dance was held.
