BRITISH RESIDENTS SHELTERING IN IRELAND. London, July 12. Posters havo been nut up all over Ireland! calling up men liable for military service who aro ordinarily residents of Britain. They are warned that if they fail to report to tho nearest police station by Wednesday they will promptly be arrested. Experts sent by the Ministry of National Sorvico to Jo-eland are working in collaboration with tho Irish Constabulary in onforcing the order, which aims at roping in many thousand men who fled to Ireland to avoid conscription.— Aus.-N.Z. It is officially announced that Irishmen of military ago coming to Great Britain in future will be liable to bo called up for servico unlcsß possessing certificates showing that they were brought over by an employment exchange for agricultural work—Router.
