Colonel Repinglon, referring to German newspaper uneasiness regarding the new British minefields, soys: "It would appear that tho niinos nro interfering willi the enemy's plans, making overseas expeditions to England, which always were a serious gamblo, even more uninviting." He suspects that, somo ambiguous naval plans, including tho Austrian Navy, are m the wind, "Tho difficulty of reaching the Mediterranean through the Straits of Otranto and tho exit from tho Dardanelles must be harassing tho souls of the Gorman sailors."—Aus.-N.Z.
