RIFLE SHOOTING
A meeting of tho Now Zealand Bilk Chili's executive was held oil. Wednesday evening'at the Old Naval boat shed, President W. Judd being in the chair. A large amount of business was discussed by the delegates, amongst the most important being the establishment of rifle ranges within an easy distance fron: rifle club centres, the purchase of rifles, rifle barrels, and cheap ammunition. Tlic resignation of Mr. T. ,T. Chapman a; secretary was received with regret. Mr Chapman reports himself at Trenthan Camp next month. A hearty vote o: thanlcs was passed by the'mceting to tin late secretary for his past services. Mr W. 'Ci. .Feniiighain, Suburbs liifle Club was elected to fill the position as secre tavy.
