A concert to raise moneys for the sports fund of the combined Hutl school 3 was given by "The Merry Minstrels'" fivnu L'etone in the Town Hull, Lower Mutt, last week. Thero was a very large attendance, and the programme, which was of considerable merit, was very well received. Jfricores were muueroue!. The items included songs by Mrs. Potter, Miss G. Davis, aud Messrs. N. Bosher, W. Miller, C. llurridge, 'P. Wallace, C'oolce, F. 'Cotton, E. Boslier; duels by Messrs. 10. and N. Bosher, Miss 1. and Mr. N, Boslier, .Miss C. Davis and Mr. N. Boslier; quartet, by Messrs. T. Wallace, ,1. Corson, X. Dosher, and F. foiling; musical monologue by Miss V. Bushill; pianofortel duet by ' Miss V. Davis J'nd B. T(og«r; choruses, sextet(e, and "local hits" by the Minstrel Company. Miss V. Davis was accompanist.
