AMERICA'S WAR BILLIONS
NEW LIBERTY BOND ISSUE. (Reo. June 29, 5.5 p.m.) New York, June 28. The "New York Times" Washington correspondent states that a Bill has been reported which provides for a Liborty Bond issue of eight billion dollars, and additional loans to the Allies of a billion and a half. Representative Kitchen stated that if the Treasury exercised complete authority during the next .fiscal year, it will have floated loans totalling twentytwo billions.
