SUGGESTED ENDOWMENTS FOR STUDY. (Rec. Juno 20, 7.35 p.m.) London, June 19. The Royal Colonial Institute has received encouraging replies from tho British universities to its proposal to found endowments on Empiro subjects. It is suggested that overy home and oversea university should found a Chair of Colonial and Imperial History, and also of Commerce. Professors should travel periodically.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
