Secretary of Marine, asking the board's opinion on a. resolution passed by :ho Wellington Harbour Board, to the effect that all labour an the waterfront should bo controlled and managed by harbour boaras. Tf she keeps to this time-table she will sail the same day direct for Dunedin. Greymouth and Wcstport yesterday reported that the Kabjka and I'ohcrua respectively were bariound. The Blackball Coal Company's steamer Ngahere left Tiinaru last night for Wellington. The Ngalsuta left Duuedin at 2 p.m., also bound for Wellington. Doth vessels are duo to arrive here to-morrow morning.
