STORM AT WAIHI
■WASH-OUT ON THE RAILWAY LINE. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Waihi, June 13. An electrical storm burst over tho town last night, accompanied by a de.luge of Tain. * The flood water caused the' collapse of an embankment carrying the railway line, followed by a wash-out 12 feet in depth and f0 feet long, about two miles from tho Waihi etation. It is expected it will take two or threo days to effect repairs and restore the usual traffic. The express did net run this morning. Special trains are running, to'the points on cither side of the breaks," the passengers transferring from one train to the other.
