MINIATURE RIFLE CLUB
The Wellington South Miniature Rifle, Club has completed ils competition for the first C|»n:rter. The following avo the winners oi' the various competitions: Captain Renner's trophy, ]?. Kucli; Roberts medal, P. W. Congreve; Boil modal, V. Fettes. The Raaso cup, which is competed for monthly, has been won in turn, by I'. \Y. Congreve, G. Pnrlter, If. Kiich. and If. Franklyn. The monthly nompetition for the Osmond shield resulted sis ■follow,?:—First monthly coinpciilion, H. Lippett; second muntlily-ucompctiliou, J. Evans'; third monthly competition, P. Goldfinch. Tho leading , aggregates for the shield are: ,T. ]svans, IflV; V. Franklyn, 30!); J. W. M'Nee, 30!>; S. Itees, SHB: H. Hftsscll, 302
The club is about to dike, part in n number o!' inter-club matches under the supervision of thn Miniature Riflo Association, nnd some keen and interesting .mitches arc being looked forward to.
