Sentence has been passati m the result of charges against Eric Lrolherton, man. • ager, and Walker, assistant manager, of the Inimiiighara .Keck Company, and others, of having defrauded the Government by means of false repnesentations regarding the repair of vessels. Brotherton was fo-.Hid guilty on Hires indictments and sentenced to'imprisonment for twenty months, and Walker to . sis months' imprisonment.
