In tho House of Commons, in Committee on the Finance Bill, Mr. Bonar Law agreed to delete the luxury tax pending a decision on tho articles to which It is to be applied. Tho Government, how;ever, was determined ultimately to impose the tax—Aue.-N.Z. Cable'Assn.
