WANGANUI IMPOETEES EEFUSE TO PAY. By Talegraph—Press Assoolatlon. Wanaanui, May 30. In order to bring the matter to a head with regard to the dispute ovor the wharf sorting charges levied by the liailway Department, Wanganui importers have decided to refuse to pay what they consider exorbitant rates. .
