Extra prime bullocks, .£25; prime, Jtlf, 10s. to £'i 2 10s.; medium, £17 to .£lB 10s.; light, •XU to .£l6; prime cows and. heifers, .£ls 10s. to J;l7 10s:; medium. ,£ll /15s. to .£3 55.; light and inferior. £9 10s. to Jill. The fat sheep penned numbered 3<535. Some pene were very primo wethers and ewes, bat a large number were medium quality. Primo sheep realised late rates, butchers and exporters bidding freely for suitable lines. Inferior inclined to be a shado tinner. Extra prime wethers, 635.; prime, -iOs. to 455.; medium, 375. Cd. to 395.; light, unfinished. 28s. Gd. to 335. 9d.; extra prime ewes, 50s. Gd.; prime, 3Ss. to 405.; medium, 30s. to 335. Gd.; inferior and light, 235. to 28s. The number of lambs penned was 1700. The quality was very fair. Exporters competed freely, anil prices were fully equal to late rates; Prime, 30s. to 355.; medium, 20s. 9d. to 28s. 9d.; light and inferior, 18s. to 255. Of pigs there was a medium yurdin? ot stores and fats. Competition "for the latter was loss keen, and prices declined ss. to 10s. a head. Stores sold at lato rates.
