RETURNED SOLDIERS' CONFERENCE
TREATMENT FOR INJURED MEN. \ By Telegraph—Press Association. Auckland, May 28. The Returned Soldiers' Conference resolved that all cases of war injuries and disabilities should not lie discharged until cured; that fori shell-shock and neurasthenic cases institutions of a special nature, to deal only with such cases, and having facilities for proper massage and eleetrienl treatment, be established without delay under conditions which will make access to liquor impossible. A motion was carried expressing satisfaction with the present accommodation for soldier mental patients, . ; ome delegates asking that their opposition be recorded.
It was resolved that the Repatriation Department should create special employment bureaux, and that local returned soldiers' associations should do the work, the. remuneration being provided "by the Government.
