UNSAVOURY CASE IN THE COURTS. (Rec. May 28, 7.50 p.m.) Amsterdam, May 27. An unsavoury civso which is' tickling the Berliuers' palates was opened in tlio courts on Saturday. The son of tho Prussian General von Radcck charged the son and daughter-in-law of Count Bernstorff, Prince. Albert of Schleswig, Von.Kuhlmann's brothers, and other society favourites, with spreading libellous statements. The evidence showed that Bernstorlf's son stole the complainant's wife, and tlio complainant thrashed him, and tore off his epaulettes, whereupon tlio society intriguers causcd his (complainant's) discharge from the army. The evidence alleges that Count llernstorff used his ambassadorial position to uphold his son's misconduct,—"The Times."
