FORECAST AND SUMMARY
■ AT 4 P.M. YESTERDAY. Present indications are for increasing easterly to northerly winds, and unsettled and cloudy weather generally, with rain following in most parts of the country. Barometer falling everywhere. Squally and showery conditions liavo ruled in the northernmost districts, but fair to cloudy weather has prevailed elsewhere.
