GROWING FEELING OP HOSTILITY. Now York, May 14. The Amsterdam correspondent of tho' Now York "Globe 1 - , interviewed a Dutch travollor from Germany. Ho states that bitter hatred of Austria.is growing in Germany. Tho feeling is thnt if Germany loses the war it will bo because of the incapacity and insufficient support of Austria. Tho publication of tho Em' peror Karl's poaco letter in reference to Alsace-Lorraino brought resentment to the highest pitch.
