Homo Rulo was not a question for Ireland alono, but concerned England, Scotland, and Wales. A solution of the whole problem was urgently demanded, and he' therefore asked the Unionists to look the new facts in the face with an epen mind. Ho declnrcd that tho Government was not indifferent to peace, but it was idle to talk of peaco until tho issue was decided on the Wtlofiold.-Reutcr.
