A CHANGE OF ATTITUDE. (Eec. May 15, 7 p.m.) London, May H. A Unionist" change, of attitude regarding tho Homo Bui© issue is indicated in a speech by Mr. Austen Chamberlain at a Unionist meeting, in which, ho declared that it was a question whether, in viow of new circumstances which had arisen, tho Unionists should not take up their former attitude. Homo Rulo was not a question for Ireland alono, but concerned England, Scotland, and Wales. A solution of the whole problem was urgently demanded, and he' therefore asked the Unionists to look the new facts in the face with an epen mind. Ho declnrcd that tho Government was not indifferent to peace, but it was idle to talk of peaco until tho issue was decided on the Wtlofiold.-Reutcr.
