The Department of Agriculture, Industries, and Commerce has received tho following cablegram, dated London, May 11, from tho High Commissioner for Now Zealand:— Meat.—Les3 imported releases owing to increased supply of English l>eef and Kootoh mutton, all soiling at maximum £xed prices. Butter and Cheese.-Small snpply Market and prices are without change. Hemp.—Manila, hemp: Superior,grades ere 'in demand owing to anticipated I hortage of inferior qualities. Output In four weeks ending April 27, 106,000 bales. New Zealand: Business is curtailed owing to the aleenco of freight room. Wheat and Oats.-Offering small. >].arfeet and prices are without change.
