FRENCH DEBTS TO AMERICA
A "CLEAN SLATE" SUGGESTED, (Rcc. May 9, 5.5 p.m.) Washington, May 8. Senator Kenyou has introduced a resolution into tho Senate providing for the cancellation of all French debts to America for war credits, including the interest thereon.
