A gust of wind pulled up the cyclist and caused him to swerve to the felt in front of tlio wheels of ('ho lorry. The alleged negligence consisted in tiio driver of the van failing to Bound his horn or give any warning of lity approach, and in driving so closely behind the cyclist.
