THE SECOND DIVISION
Sir,—Having rend in your paper about the row in Cliristckurch over the Second Division, I think it is above overytning for them to growl so much about tho allowances. \Y,heii wo weut away with, tho early reinforcements as volunteers, there was no bother about them, but I suppose now some of us are home again, wo have got to keep them in luxury. If anybody gets extra money, men who have, been away for two years and upwards, and then signed on for homo defence, should get it before tho so-called Second Division. Hoping somebody clso better able than I am will take the matter up,—l am, etc., RETURNED SOLDIER.
