DUTCH SHIPPING BOYCOTT
REPRISALS FOR SEIZURES BT THE ALLIES. (Rec. April 25, 7.15 p.m.) Batavia, April 24. Dutoh shipping from the Indies to British and American ports has been absolutely stopped by the Dutch steamship companies, who declare that tho sehsuire of tho Dutch steamers is a.violation of the alleged agreement with tho British and Indian Governments, by which tho non-seizure of the Rotterdam Lloyd's, Netherland, and Paketvaart fleet was guaranteed in exchange for enpplyin Dutch tonnage at a low rate. Tho British and Indian Governments contradict tho company's version of the agreement. Sugar, rubber, and tobacco growers aro mffering badly by the stoppage of exports .— Beuter.
