'Hie Wellington Council of Churches, in view of tho fact that u crisis in the war seems now to be upon us, lias resolved to hold a whole day of intercession nest week The day selected is Wednesday, Mar 1, and tho placo St. .John's Church, Wiilis Street. Tho meetings will begin at 10 a.m. and will bo divided into sessions of ono hour each, with a .different leader for each hour. Several similar meetings, which were attended by many thousands of people, have been held in Melbourne, and ono was held in Dunedin last week, somo 7000 people attending it. ■
