Paper Mills 0 19 6 10 6 Shariauu (ora.) 18 6 — Wellington DEPOSIT, MORTGAGE AND BUILDING ASSOCIATION. • The annual report of the directors of the Wellington Deposit, Mortgage and Building Association, Ltd.. states that the net profit on the year's business was £1635 13s. 2d., which, added to £331 lis. 7d. brought forward from last year, makes ft total ot £1967 4s. 9d. The directors recommend that this sum be applied as follows:—The payment of a dividend for the year at the rate cf 5 per cent, per annum, which, will absorb £1250; a sum of £400 to.be placed to tile reserve account; and the balance,' £317 4s. 9d., to be carried forward to next year's account. In accordance with the articles of association, two directors (Messrs. W. li. P. Barber and W. Watsou) retire, and, heing eligible, offer themselves for re-election.
