MONARCHY AT STAKE New York, April 17. •Ihe New York "Times" correspondent at Berne says that reports from Vienna indicate that Count Czemin'e successor is likely to bo Count Conrad von Hohenlohe. who is a rabid pro-German, or Count Andrassy. The Emperor realises that the next few days are critical, and may have a decisive effect on the Monarchy.—Aus.N.Z. Cable Assn. Amsterdam, April 17.
