SPLENDID RESPONSE. Simla, April 15. Mr. Lloyd George's appeal to India to redouble its efforts is meeting with the widest response. Tho entire Press warmly supports tho appeal. Tho Viceroy has called a conference to discuss it, and the authorities are actively employed on a scheme to increaso tho fighting forces.
