CHARGE OF SHOOTING
| ACCUSED COMMITTED FOR TBIAL. By Telegraph-mss .Association. Waimate, April 15. Charles Boyes was committed for trial to-day on a 'charge of firing a revolver and wounding Mason Boko, a youug Maori, at Morven in Maro'a 7, The evidence of tho X-ray expert disclosed that there was no bullet in Boko's head. Bolco Was present in Court. Dr. Pitts said it was quito possible for the bullet to have passed into tho back of the throat and been swallowed, or spat out.
