Crawford, whoso bowling; and batting has been of considerable profit to the team. Tho batting average for. the season goes to K. Tucker, of the Old Boys' eleven. Tuoker has been prominent in Wellington cricket for many years, and is still very effective with both the bat and the ball. Another of the older oricketers to finish well up in the batting' list is C. Ci. Wilson, who struck form early in tho season, and gave some of tho nicest exhibitions of batting seen on the Basin.
