It states: "To manifest in a precise manner tho reality of my sentiments, I beg you to transmit 6ecretly and unofficially to President Poincaro that I would 6uppor(: by all moans and using all ray personal influence with my allies, the just, claims of Franco relative fo Alsace-Lorraine."
