The directors recommend payment of a further dividend of 3 per cent, (making 6 per cent, for the year), which will obsorb £825 175.; that £300 he. carried to the reserve fund, and that the balance of £193 4s. 2d. be. carried forward. The directors also recommend that the vacancy caused by the death of Mr. Biss bo not filled. Messrs. W. G. Foster and J. Kirkcaldie are the directors who retire from the board in accordance with the articles of association, and, being eligible, ofler themselves for re-election. The auditors (Measiu Henry Kember and Son) ofler themselves for re-election.
