Messrs. Balgety. and Co., Ltd., Palmerston North, rejtvt having held their fortnightly ealc at Taihape on Wednesday, when a fair jarding of shetp came forward. Bidding was spirited and all lines met with reidy sale. Lambs were lit great demand and prices were in favour of sellers CJuqt anions:— Mixed small iambs, lls. Piilmes, 5 high-grade Jersey cross heilers (spring oalvers) fetched £14.

The claes of aheep generally was not what can fairly be-described-as attractive lines, but, we managed to make a complete clearance at p satisfactory price to vendors.
