GER.MAN CAMPAIGN BEHIND OUR. LINES. (Rec. April 9, 11.40 p.m.) London, April 8. The United Press correspondent states: "Simultaneously with Von Hindenburg's offensive a stupendous propaganda offensive against France, England and America, is now beginning in an effort to create tad blood. Captured documents and handbills dropped from balloons show that the Germans represent America as being Reared by the German offensive, and that England and France are on the verge of collapse. The enemy's field rtfowgandists are circulating similar ~ stories amongst their own troops and people in an effort to revive their spirits and depress those of the Allies.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
