AT 4 P.M. YESTERDAY. Present indications aro for cloudy aud misty weather generally, and rain following in many r-arta of the country. Tho barometer has a falling tendency, and. moderate to strong easterly to northerly winds are likely to prevail. Bain has fallen in the northernmost districts to-day, but fair though cloudy conditions have been experienced geucrally elsewhere.
