ANSWERS TO CORRESPONDENTS.
The number of workers' dwellings erected during the financial year just completed of those authorised during' last session of Parliament was 21, and there were eight uncompleted at the time which have since been erected. The localities in which they were distributed were as follow: Wellington, 7; To Awaraubii, 6; Hawera, 5; and Masterton, 3. The average price per acre of the land on which the dwellings were erected was £93.
