Seven Germans -/itemed at the Holdsworthy Camp were charged in Sydney on March 26' before tlio Military Court, and it was alleged that one prisoner made the above rejiark to a sergeant who intervened 'luring a tumult in the compound. Thn accused used disgusting language and threatened, if the opportunity occurred, they would cut his and the sentries' throats.
