WHEAT GROWERS
PLEA FOR 7s. PER BUSHEL.. By Toleffranh-rress Association. Timaru, March 24. The South Canterbury Farmers' Union Executive deoided that it is of opinion that nothing less than 7s. per bushel will induce farmers to grow wheat sufficient for the Dominion's requirements. Doiibt was expressed whether 7s. would be sufficient to moke farmers grow wheat.
