A panic lias set in among depositors in the State Savings Bank. TJie office has been besieged for several days by people withdrawing their accounts. Mr. Ryan, the Premier, believes it is nil organised attempt to-create a scare. He assures depositors" "that there is ample -money to meet all requirements. —Press Assn.
