FORECAST AND SUMMARY AT 4 P.M. YESTERDAY. ' Present indications are for moderate to strong south-weßterly wlndß, veering to westerly in and southward of Cook v Strait. Weather cool and changeable. The barometer has a rißinfj tendency, especially in tho north, bub is due to fall again shortly in the south. The cyclone lias sow pasned uouth. of tho Chatham ■ Islands, Barometric proseuro liaa recovered, and now stands about normal over the Dominion.
